2. Donation Refunds All donations made to the Society are considered voluntarycontributions to support our mission of protecting and caring for cows. Donationsare non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The Society reserves the righttorefund a donation if it was made in error or in duplicate. In such cases, thedonorshould contact us promptly to request a refund.

3. Event Registration Fees Registration fees for events organized by the Societymay be refundable or nonrefundable depending on the terms specified duringtheregistration process Requests for refunds of event registration fees must bemadein writing and submitted to the Society within the specified timeframe, ifapplicable.

 4. Processing Refunds Refund requests must be made by contacting the Societyusing the provided contact information. Refunds will be processed usingtheoriginal method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. The Society reservesthe right to verify the validity of refund requests and to deny refunds if fraudulentor dishonest activity is suspected.

5. Exceptional Circumstances In exceptional circumstances, such as technicalerrors or other unforeseen events, the Society may issue refunds at its discretion.The Society may also consider refund requests on a case-by-case basisifcompelling reasons are provided.

7. Changes to Refund Policy The Society reserves the right to update or modifythisrefund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effectiveimmediately upon posting the revised policy on our website By making a donationor registering for an event with the Trust, you acknowledge that you haveread,understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.

 Note:-Sewa Bharti will thoroughly examine all refund requests and make every effort to correct any genuine errors. However, after 2 days from the transaction, Sewa Bharti is under no obligation to provide refunds. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of Sewa Bharti. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
