Provincial-Level Meeting of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant Concludes Successfully

Extensive Discussions Held in Lucknow on Organizational Strengthening and Digital Data Management

Lucknow, 6 December 2025:The provincial-level meeting of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant was held today at Pandit Mahamana Malviya Mission Vidyalaya, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The program commenced at 10:00 AM with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Shri Krishna Mohan ji (Kshetra Sangh Chalak), Shri Yudhveer ji (Kshetra Seva Pramukh), and Shri Ravindra ji(President, Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant).

The meeting was graced by the presence of Shri Rajneesh ji (Mahamantri), Manorama Didi (Vice-President), M.B.S. Rajawat ji (Treasurer), provincial executive members, prant aayam/sah-pramukh, organisational secretaries, department presidents, departmental general secretaries, treasurers, and all office bearers.

Detailed Discussion on Introduction & Work Review

In the first session, Shri Yudhveer ji (Kshetra Seva Pramukh, Purvi Uttar Pradesh) conducted a comprehensive review of the provincial and departmental activities with all office bearers.

He emphasized:

Expansion of service projects
Enhancing the quality of service delivery
Strengthening public outreach and social awareness
Effective implementation of upcoming action plans

He also highlighted that regular reporting, updated data, and strong inter-departmental coordination are the foundation of organizational development.

Nukkad Natak & Presentation on Data Management

In the second session, Shri Abhishek ji (Prant Prachar Pramukh, Sewa Bharati Awadh) spoke about the importance and utility of digital data management through the organization's mobile app.

A powerful Nukkad Natak (street play) was presented by:

Alok ji (Mahamantri, Lucknow Vibhag)
Aakash ji (Vibhag Prachar Pramukh, Lucknow)
Tribhuvan ji (Swavalamban Pramukh, Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant)

The play highlighted how updated and accurate data is crucial for the smooth functioning, monitoring, and planning of service projects.

Following the performance, Abhishek ji delivered a detailed PPT presentation explaining app usage, data uploading, reporting systems, and digital monitoring processes.

Department-Wise Review & Planning

In the third session, separate departmental meetings were conducted.

The provincial executive reviewed the functioning of all departments and formulated a structured plan for the upcoming session. The key priorities included:

Organizational expansion
Quality enhancement of service projects
Strengthening public outreach across all sections of society
Timely and regular digital data updates by every department

Valedictory Address

During the concluding session, Shri Krishna Mohan ji (Kshetra Sangh Chalak) addressed all attendees. He reiterated that the goal of Sewa Bharati is to reach the last person in society with service, values, and support.

He underscored the importance of transparency, continuous data management, and regular review in ensuring effective service delivery.
