Vaibhavshree Group Workshop Organized Successfully in Lakhimpur with Participation of 81 Delegates

To promote the economic, social, and intellectual empowerment of women, the Sewa Bharati Lakhimpur Department successfully organized the “Vaibhavshree Group Workshop” at Shaurya Palace in Lakhimpur Kheri. The workshop aimed to encourage women towards self-reliance through skill development, entrepreneurship, and group-based livelihood initiatives.
The program commenced with a patriotic song, the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, and floral tributes to great national personalities. Participants and dignitaries reaffirmed their commitment to service, values, and nation-building.

The first session focused on the theme of “The Concept of Self-Reliance”, where participants received guidance on entrepreneurship, skill enhancement, self-help groups, economic empowerment, and community participation. The workshop emphasized the vital role of women in family development, social progress, and nation-building.

The program was chaired by Mr. Vinod Kumar, Principal, ITI. The keynote guidance was delivered by the respected Mr. Vinod Mohane Ji, Member of the Central Executive Committee of Vaibhavshree, Rashtriya Sewa Bharati. In his address, he highlighted that empowering women is not only essential for family welfare but also for the overall development of society. He emphasized that service, values, and self-reliance are the pillars of sustainable social transformation and called upon participants to reach the last person in society with compassion and commitment.

The workshop witnessed the participation of 81 delegates, including 43 women and 38 men. The active involvement of self-help group members, Matru Mandal sisters, and social workers made the event highly engaging and impactful.

The occasion was graced by several distinguished guests, including Mr. Rajneesh Kumar, Minister, Sewa Bharati Awadh Region; Mr. Ram Mohan Gupta, Provincial Training Head; Mr. Gopal Agrawal, District President; Dr. D.K. Verma, Patron; Mr. Ashok Gupta, General Secretary; and Mr. Manoj Mishra, Minister, along with many other respected dignitaries and social leaders.
During the workshop, participants gained valuable insights into self-reliance programs, women's entrepreneurship, group formation, and community engagement. The attendees described the workshop as highly inspiring and committed themselves to spreading the message of self-reliance across different sections of society.

The workshop emerged as a meaningful platform that combined service, values, and self-reliance, contributing towards the vision of an empowered society and an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
