Divisional Meeting of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant Held in Sitapur to Strengthen Service Activities

Sitapur:A divisional meeting of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant was successfully held on 21 May 2026 at the Sangh Office in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The meeting focused on the expansion of service activities, organizational strengthening, and planning for upcoming initiatives.

The meeting received valuable guidance from Abhishek Ji, Prant Prachar Pramukh of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant, and Jaya Ji, Kishori Vikas Varg Palak Adhikari of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant, who were present on a departmental visit.
On this occasion, the Co-Treasurer of Sewa Bharati Awadh Prant, along with the President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Matrimandal sisters of Sitapur Division, as well as Presidents, General Secretaries, Treasurers, Kishori Vikas Pramukhs, and Prachar Pramukhs from Sitapur, Lakhimpur, and Biswan districts, were present.

During the meeting, a review of the fund collection campaign was conducted, with emphasis on ensuring maximum participation of workers. Discussions were also held regarding the finalization of annual celebration dates in all districts, preparation of lists of service bastis and villages with populations above 5,000, and ensuring regular departmental and district executive meetings.
Detailed deliberations were also made on accelerating the membership campaign, preparing a list of sisters for the Kishori Vikas Varg, and organizing a one-day disaster management training camp.

Special discussion was held on defining the responsibilities of Prachar Pramukhs at the divisional and district levels and developing active publicity teams. Emphasis was laid on establishing a strong publicity system in every division and district for effective communication of service activities.
In his address, Abhishek Ji said that service activities should not remain limited to programs alone, but their impact and information must reach the last person in society. He stressed the importance of preparing active Prachar Pramukhs at divisional and district levels and effectively utilizing social media, newspapers, photography, video, and digital platforms to present every service activity systematically before society. He stated that the organization’s outreach and impact would grow only through a strong and regular publicity system.
Meanwhile, Jaya Ji shared detailed information regarding the upcoming Kishori Vikas Varg scheduled from 7 June to 14 June and emphasized ensuring maximum participation of sisters. She highlighted the importance of active involvement and regular communication among sisters to further strengthen the Kishori Vikas initiative.
